Wolf Blass has been crafting some of Australia's very best wines for over 30 years and it is with great pleasure we annouce that this month's wine dinner will feature the fabulous wines from Wolf Blass, and we are thrilled to have as our special guest speaker, our good friend George Samios - Wolf Blass Wine Ambassador.

George is a very entertaining & enthusiastic speaker who always has some great stories to tell us. His passion for wine goes back nearly 20 years from his experiences as a multi award winning restaurateur, a sommelier, a chef, a journalist, and a wine training expert. Don't miss it - this will be a great night!

George will be sharing a fine group of wines with us on the night, we'll start with his impressive "Gold Label" Pinot Chardonnay Vintage sparkling on arrival followed by the "Gold Label" Sauvignon Blanc and then a special release aged "White Label" white that he is sourcing specially for the night. Red wise we'll try his superb 2008 "Gold Label" Shiraz & then we are in for an absolute treat - George is bringing along his latest "Black Label" Cabernet Shiraz 2006 which sells for over $120 and, by all reports, should be outstanding! Looks like an impressive line-up to from the team at Wolf Blass!

Meanwhile in the kitchen Chef Dave Bell and his talented crew in the kitchen are in top form and will present another fantastic menu. And with the usual great service from Michael, Chris and their team on floor, this is surely a wine dinner not to be missed!
